How many attendees are expected at the festival?
2017 saw approximately 10,000 festival goers!
Parking for the Sugartown Festival is located on Crockett Blvd. behind the Carquinez Middle School. Parking is a $5.00 donation for the event and will be collected by the PTA at the place of entry.
What to bring
While the Sugartown Festival Crew does provide some seating you are welcomed to bring your own lawn chairs to set up at one of the two stages. We also suggest you keep yourself hydrated as Crockett can get very warm in the summer. We are a green friendly Festival, we encourage people to help keep the festival clean of trash and recycle.
Items not allowed at the Festival
- No glass bottles
- No Alcohol not purchased at the Festival
- No Firearms or ammunition or fireworks of any kind
- No Adult Materials
- No Drug Paraphernalia
Anybody not abiding by these rules will be removed from the Festival immediately by Security.
The Sugartown Festival is a dog-friendly event but all dogs must be on a leash. Dogs must be current on their rabies and vaccinations. We encourage friendly dogs only.
The Sugartown Festival has a kid-friendly section with games, jumpy house and kid-friendly treats, as well as a park with play structures. There is also a community pool located next to the park, so bring your swimsuits.
Booth space assignments are made in the order applications are received. It is recommended that you reserve your space early. We welcome fundraising booths, such as local non-profits and organizations. This is a juried festival, so please include photographs of inventory and/or booth space with your application.
